Deployment Options

For many industry verticals like financial services, legal, health care, governments, and industrial deployment requirements may need enhanced security and compliance. Or your organization may require integration with internal systems that are already running on private networks.

Our software application was designed for enterprises requiring electronic process management to launch rockets, where security and compliance are vital. Like these aerospace customers, your organization may require an enterprise deployment of our software. You may be looking for an ITAR compliant solution or a single tenant instance that we host and manage for you. Or you might be looking for a full on-premise environment… or anything in between. Ultimately, we can deliver a version of our application that can be deployed to meet your requirements.

Deployment Options

Thanks to the evolution of DevOps & the emergence of containers, applications are more portable now than ever before. As a result, we leverage this newfound portability to offer enterprise customers the choice of their preferred deployment option.

Procedures Cloud

Our standard cloud deployment for standard operating procedure software.

Procedures GovCloud

SaaS solution deployed in a controlled environment that is ITAR compliant.

Custom Environment

Single-tenant environment with specific requirements or on-prem.

Don’t have any requirements? Then Procedure Cloud is our standard cloud deployment is the best option. This environment is multi-tenancy.

Our Procedures GovCloud deployment option can help customers address compliance at every stage of their cloud journey. This environment is ideal for enterprises with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Personally Identifiable Information (PII), sensitive patient medical records, and financial data to law enforcement data, export-controlled data and other forms of CUI.

If you have any further requirements for the deployment of our procedures software, we are happy to collaborate on the deployment of a custom environment. Our software is architected to support a variety of deployment requirements.

Procedures GovCloud on AWS GovCloud

Our Procedures GovCloud is deployed to the AWS GovCloud environment. AWS GovCloud (US) gives us the flexibility to architect and deploy secure cloud solutions that comply with the FedRAMP High baseline; the DOJ’s Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) Security Policy; U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR); Export Administration Regulations (EAR); Department of Defense (DoD) Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG) for Impact Levels 2, 4 and 5; FIPS 140-2; IRS-1075; and other compliance regimes.

ITAR Compliance

Leading aerospace and defense companies, and government IT providers rely on Procedures GovCloud deployment to provide a production environment for our procedures software in the cloud, while satisfying International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements. AWS GovCloud (US) is Amazon’s isolated cloud region managed by U.S. Persons on U.S. soil. With AWS GovCloud (US), we are able to take full advantage of the cloud's scalability and functionality, while operating in an IT environment that fully supports customers' export compliance programs and defense-related workloads.

Enterprise Channel Releases

Enterprise versions of our software are not automatically deployed to our customers’ custom deployments at the same cadence that we update our public cloud versions. We have a separate release channel for enterprise customers with custom deployments of our software. We work with our customers to schedule releases.

Application Delivery

Our software uses Docker Images to deliver the application and meet any deployment requirements. Docker offers an unprecedented level of application portability and is very useful for deploying enterprise applications into new environments. Customers manage the host OS and therefore are responsible for OS patches and updates. Docker images are versioned with tags and offer native support for mounting volumes. Both of these features make application updates less painful than other solutions.
